2025 Midwest Multifamily Conference
These plans and packages are for apartment owners and management companies and their employees only. All supplier members must exhibit at the trade show in order to attend the Midwest Multifamily Conference.
The Midwest Multifamily Conference (MMC) is the biggest event in the region for multifamily professionals, so take advantage of this opportunity to grow professionally, network and celebrate the best in the Midwest!

As always, we will have our expansive trade show open to attendees on both days of the conference. Hundreds of suppliers from across the Midwest will be in attendance to highlight their newest products and services. Come ready to win at this year’s trade show, with vendors decorating with a game show theme.
Lastly, we will recognize the outstanding properties and people in the multifamily industry at the Midwest Prodigy Awards Dinner. The event allows us to honor the hard work that multifamily professionals put in every day to provide residents with quality housing.

REGISTRATION POLICIES (CANCELLATIONS/DEADLINES/REFUNDS)
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and mailed or emailed to the Indiana Apartment Association (9200 Keystone Crossing, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240, debbie@iaaonline.net)
- After August 29, 2025, 50% refund will be issued.
- After September 9, 2025, NO REFUND will be issued.
- Substitutions given after September 10, 2025, will be issued a $25 service charge. This includes substitution given at onsite registration on September 18 & 19, 2025.
- Substitutions will be permitted only with written authorization from the original registrant. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused registrations.
- Plans cannot be shared between multiple people. Each person must be registered for their own plan.
- Refunds for cancellations made prior to September 9, 2025, will be processed after the conference.
