Membership Pricing

All properties and units owned or managed in Indiana must be counted in your IAA membership.

Membership with IAA requires that all of a property management company's communities also be current members of IAA. 

Property management companies that fill out an application will be contacted to submit names and information about managed communities in Indiana. 

Annual Apartment Community Dues:

Annual Single Family Build to Rent Dues:

Single family homes or properties continguous in a neighborhood with on-site management and facilities/amenities in Indiana. 

*Dues are calculated by neighborhoods based on the number of single family units per neighborhood
