Multifamily Industry Summit

Our annual Industry Summit brings together executives, developers, and multifamily leaders for an evening of insight into the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the industry. This year’s program features nationally recognized rental housing economist and speaker Jay Parsons, known for his data-driven market analysis and engaging perspective on the future of housing. The evening will conclude with CBRE’s highly anticipated 2027 Industry Outlook, highlighting key market trends, transactions, and forecasts for Indiana and beyond.
