Annual Base Salary:
- Entry Level: $38,937
- Maintenance Supervisor: $53,352

- Hands-on training through classroom sessions and paid internship
- Job placement support upon completion
Accepted participants will attend in-person training from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a half-hour lunch break. The program includes five full days of expert-led instruction followed by a 4-week paid internship with a participating company.
Graduates will also attend a virtual job fair and receive job placement support. If the internship member company does not offer full-time employment, IAA will help connect the graduate with another member company that's hiring.
Enrollment Requirements:
To be eligible, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Have a high school diploma or HSE
- Have a valid Social Security number
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Commit to attending the full 5-day training and 4-week internship.
