Offered each Spring in a hybrid format (virtual or in-person options)
Leasing professionals are the first people that prospective residents meet and are responsible for generating traffic, overcoming objections, conducting leasing demonstrations, and qualifying prospective residents. The CALP program teaches all these skills and more. The 2026 CALP course has already taken place.

Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) Course
Offered each Fall in a hybrid format (virtual or in-person) with additional hands-on training
The CAMT program provides maintenance professionals with essential technical, mechanical, and customer‑service skills needed to excel in multifamily communities. Through hands-on training and industry-focused instruction, participants gain practical knowledge in areas like HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and safety. Earning the CAMT credential elevates both on‑site performance and resident satisfaction. The 2026 CAMT course dates are TBD.
Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) Course
Offered virtually each Spring
The CAPS course is a three‑day virtual training that builds advanced skills in portfolio oversight, communication, financial management, and due diligence. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Course
Offered virtually each Spring
The CPO is recognized worldwide as the premier training standard in the swimming pool industry. Participants are trained in the most advanced techniques of chemical treatment, filtration, and mechanical system operation and maintenance. Course content will be geared directly toward state and local codes and focus on the unique challenges facing aquatic facility operation at apartment communities.

EPA/CFC Certification Test Prep Course
Offered each Spring in a hybrid format (virtual or in-person options)
The EPA/CFC Certification Test Prep Course equips maintenance professionals with the key knowledge needed to pass the EPA Section 608 Certification Exam. Participants learn essential refrigerant regulations and concepts across the Core, Type I, Type II, and Type III categories, ensuring they’re prepared for the mandatory certification required to handle regulated refrigerants.
