Session 1: Unlocking the Power of Multipliers with Emotional Intelligence

Are you maximizing your team’s potential or unintentionally holding them back? Great leaders do not succeed by having all the answers. They succeed by developing the emotional intelligence and leadership mindset that bring out the best in others. In this session, inspired by Liz Wiseman’s Multipliers, you will explore a powerful leadership approach that unlocks team potential, increases engagement, and strengthens performance. You will learn how to multiply your impact by shifting from managing tasks to empowering people, building trust, and creating an environment where your team thinks, contributes, and takes ownership.

Note: Be sure to complete your Multipliers Assessment in advance and bring it with you to our first session!

Session 2: Leading with Vision and Values

Are you leading with clarity and purpose, or simply managing tasks? Great leaders do more than set goals. They establish a clear vision, model core values, and help their teams understand why their work matters. Building on the Multipliers mindset from Session 1, this session will help you clarify your leadership values, align team priorities with organizational goals, and strengthen ownership across your team. You will develop a more visionary leadership approach that connects daily work to a bigger purpose. With a clear vision and strong values, your team will operate with greater clarity, alignment, and ownership.

Session 3: Mastering Time for Strategic Leadership

Are you leading proactively or constantly putting out fires? Great leaders do not just manage time. They invest it strategically to develop their teams and drive results. Building on the visionary leadership and values alignment from Session 2, this session equips you with practical time management strategies to balance daily operational demands with long-term leadership impact. You will learn how to make intentional trade-offs, prioritize what truly moves the business forward, and reduce unnecessary pressure. The result is greater focus, stronger communication, and a team that gets the work done.

Session 4: The Power of Delegation - Empowering Your Team for Success

Are you leading at the right level or doing too much yourself? Great leaders do not just complete tasks. They elevate their teams by delegating intentionally and creating a culture of ownership, accountability, and growth. Building on strategic time management and leadership presence from Session 3, this session equips you with practical skills to delegate with clarity and confidence. You will learn how to assign responsibility effectively, set clear expectations, and provide the right level of support. The result is stronger ownership across your team, better decisions at every level, and more capacity for you to lead where you are truly needed.

Session 5: Productive Conflict - Turning Tension into Momentum

Are you truly developing your team or just managing their performance? High performing teams do not avoid tension. They learn how to use it well. Building on the Multipliers mindset and the foundation of developed in earlier sessions, this session focuses on how leaders engage in conflict in ways that strengthen, rather than fracture, their teams. You will learn to distinguish between productive, unproductive, and destructive conflict and understand how each one shapes team culture and results. You will explore how conflict shows up in real conversations, how communication styles influence engagement, and how leaders either elevate or shut down honest dialogue. The result is stronger decisions, faster alignment, and a team that can handle tough conversations and move forward together.

Session 6: Leadership in Action - Coaching for Growth and Lasting Impact

Are you ready to turn your leadership growth into lasting impact? Great leaders do not just oversee work. They grow people. They use coaching to build capability, confidence, and long-term success. This special capstone session brings the SAL Visionary Leadership Series together with a strong focus on coaching as a core leadership skill. You will learn how to use everyday conversations to develop your team, strengthen engagement, and improve performance. You will practice asking better questions, giving meaningful feedback, and supporting growth in ways that help people think more clearly, take greater ownership, and build confidence in their work.

In the final portion of this session, you will integrate what you have learned across the series into a clear and personal leadership approach. You will identify what you want to carry forward, what you want to change, and how you will continue to grow beyond the program. You will leave with a practical action plan and a renewed sense of purpose for the impact you want to have on your team, your organization, and your career.

This final session will take place at the IAA Education Center on Sept. 3 (10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. EST). Plan to attend in person!
