Mark Juleen
Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Mark Juleen, COO, joined J.C. Hart Company, Inc. in 2003, serving on the executive team as a vice president over marketing.  In 2021, he was named chief operating officer. ​He has worked in marketing and customer service since 1999. As COO, he oversees or contributes to numerous areas of the business including leasing and sales, marketing and communications, training, IT, customer service,​ management, development and new construction.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree  (‘99) in marketing from the​ Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Bloomington, Indiana.

Taylor Woodmansee

Taylor Woodmansee has been a property management professional since 2018. She began her career as a leasing consultant and quickly advanced to her current role as regional property manager. In her role, she combines her industry expertise with a passion for delivering exceptional service, ensuring her teams create welcoming and vibrant communities.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is also a devoted pet parent who loves to spoil her pets. Her enthusiasm for life and dedication to her profession make her a valued member of the Sheehan Property Management team.

Mark Gonzales
Floating Maintenance Supervisor
Barrett & Stokely

Mark Gonzales brings 13 years of multifamily property maintenance experience to his role at Barrett & Stokely. As a floating maintenance supervisor, he supports communities across the B&S portfolio, focusing on technical troubleshooting, day to day operational needs, and steady support for on site teams.

He holds a Certified Pool Operator designation, EPA 608 certification, and CAMT certification. Mark’s strong technical background and commitment to quality service make him a valuable resource throughout the organization.
