Mark Gonzales brings 13 years of multifamily property maintenance experience to his role at Barrett & Stokely. As a floating maintenance supervisor, he supports communities across the B&S portfolio, focusing on technical troubleshooting, day to day operational needs, and steady support for on site teams. He holds a Certified Pool Operator designation, EPA 608 certification, and CAMT certification. Mark’s strong technical background and commitment to quality service make him a valuable resource throughout the organization.
