These plans and packages are for apartment owners and management companies and their employees only. All supplier members must exhibit at the trade show in order to attend the Midwest Multifamily Conference.

At MMC, you will get the chance to:

- Visit the sitcom-themed trade show with over 200 suppliers ready to highlight their newest products and services
- Celebrate excellence at our MMC awards dinner Friday night, honoring outstanding properties and individuals

- Keynote sessions on both days of the conference

- Larger exhibit hall with even more exhibitors
- New award categories to more fully celebrate the talent and leadership that drive our industry forward
REGISTRATION POLICIES (CANCELLATIONS/DEADLINES/REFUNDS)
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and mailed or emailed to the Indiana Apartment Association (9000 Keystone Crossing, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46240, debbie@iaaonline.net)
- After September 25, 2026, 50% refund will be issued. (Refunds for cancellations will be processed after the conference)
- After October 6, 2026, NO REFUND will be issued.
- Substitutions given after October 6, 2026, will be issued a $25 service charge. This includes substitution given at onsite registration on October 15 & 16, 2026.
- Substitutions will be permitted only with written authorization from the original registrant. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused registrations.
- Plans cannot be shared between multiple people. Each person must be registered for their own plan.
