Maintenance Games: Spotlighting Skill, Speed and Teamwork

IAA’s first Maintenance Games brought together maintenance professionals from across the industry for an afternoon that was equal parts competition, camaraderie, and celebration. With teams showing up in full force to support their colleagues, the atmosphere was electric from start to finish.
Participants faced off in six fast-paced, skill-driven challenges designed to test the expertise, efficiency, and problem-solving abilities that maintenance teams rely on every day. While the specific games remained a surprise, each one delivered on showcasing the talent and dedication that keep communities running smoothly behind the scenes.
Beyond the competition, the event truly shined as a celebration of teamwork. Crowds of coworkers cheered loudly from the sidelines, bringing enthusiasm and energy that made a clear impact. From coordinated team gear to nonstop encouragement, the support on display was just as impressive as the performances in the games themselves.
As winners were crowned across individual challenges and overall placements, one thing was clear: the Maintenance Games are more than just a competition. They are a well-deserved spotlight on the professionals who make a difference every day.
