The Maintenance Games Are Back!
After a three-year hiatus, we’re bringing back one of our most beloved events: The Maintenance Games. This high-energy competition celebrates the skill, speed, and spirit of our maintenance professionals. It’s more than just fun; it’s a chance to showcase talent, build camaraderie, and recognize the essential role maintenance teams play in our communities. Mark your calendars for April and get ready to cheer on your team or compete for the top spot!
Introducing: Level Up Lunch
We’re also excited to launch Level Up Lunch, a reimagined version of our popular lunch-and-learn series. These midday meetups combine targeted education with meaningful networking, giving multifamily professionals the chance to sharpen their skills and stay ahead of industry trends, all over a shared meal. Our first session kicks off Jan. 27 at the IAA Education Center, and we can’t wait to see you there.

Common feedback we have received during the last year is how hard it is to attend IAA events that occur in the evening hours. We understand how important family commitments are to our members, and IAA depends on the participation of our members to be successful.
