CANCELLATION POLICY/DEADLINES/REFUNDS
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and mailed or emailed to the Indiana Apartment Association (9200 Keystone Crossing, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240, iaa@iaaonline.net)

After Oct. 12, 2023, 50% refund will be issued.
After Oct. 19, 2023, NO REFUND will be issued.
Substitutions given after Oct. 21, 2023 will be issued a $25 service charge.
Substitutions will be permitted only with written authorization from original registrant. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused registrations.
Refunds for cancellations made prior to October 19, 2023 will be processed after the conference.
