Participants begin with a Generational Preferences Self-Assessment, a quick diagnostic that highlights their own habits and “sticking points” around communication, decision-making, feedback, and more. The results provide a personalized lens for the live discussion, revealing how individual preferences shape team dynamics across age groups. By pairing self-assessment insights with actionable tools, this session equips you to move beyond labels and build teams where generational differences become a source of strength, creativity, and productivity.
