2026 Reverse Trade Show

**Must be a Presenting Sponsor or a Preferred Supplier to distribute materials before the Reverse Trade Show begins. All other participants may distribute company materials after the event begins. **

This extremely efficient business networking event gives you the chance to meet with owners and key decision-makers from dozens of property management companies. The Reverse Trade Show format gives you the opportunity to have face-to-face conversations with multiple companies managing rental properties all over the state in one afternoon. 

The Reverse Trade Show benefits the National Apartment Association Political Action Committee, which advocates for policies beneficial to the multifamily housing industry at the federal level. Corporate contributions are not accepted at this event. The entry fee must be made via a personal donation to NAAPAC, and this fee cannot be reimbursed by your company because contributions to this event are governed by federal election law.  

Registration will be limited. Only three (3) attendees per supplier company. Supplier Companies must be IAA members to attend.

Early Bird Cost: $495 per attendee (through Feb. 13)
Regular Cost: $545 per attendee (starts Feb. 14)
