2023 Golf Sponsor Move-In - Sycamore Course

• Sponsor move in will be from 8am-9am EST with the shot gun start of the outing to begin at 11am.  Volunteers with golf carts and flat beds will be available to help you move your items out to your hole on the course.  Please sign up for a move in time here.  Please be sure to also indicate what food/beverages will be at your hole.
• This year’s theme is '90s sitcoms & tv shows!  We highly encourage sponsors to dress up and decorate your holes according to the theme.  
• We highly, highly recommend hole sponsors have plenty of food and beverages at their holes.  It’s a long day and the golfers always appreciate food, as well as water! 
• Please be sure to also bring your own tables, chairs, tents, etc. for your hole, along with any decorations you would like.
• We will be handing out door prizes to attendees during the awards dinner again this year! We just ask that all donations are $25 or greater in value.  
• Please note that no outside golf carts/four seaters are allowed on the course.  Only carts provided by Eagle Creek are permitted!
