Maintenance Games is an action‑packed competition celebrating the hardworking maintenance professionals who keep the multifamily industry running strong. Join IAA for a high‑energy day of friendly competition, followed by a social hour where winners will be recognized and celebrated.
Competitors and cheerleaders alike will enjoy six industry‑related challenges designed to test real‑world skills, speed, and knowledge. Want a sneak peek? The official game challenges will be released the Friday before the event in our Know Before You Go eBlast, so competitors can come prepared to bring their best.
With more than 20 opportunities to win, the competition is fierce! We’ll recognize the top three competitors in each individual game, plus the top three competitors overall at the conclusion of the event.
And because great maintenance pros deserve great fans, we’re also awarding a Spirit Award to the management company that cheers the loudest and brings the most energy in support of their team! Gear up, bring your crew, and get ready for an unforgettable experience.
