The IAA 2026 Level Up Lunch invites us to reflect on leadership in its most essential form — leadership rooted in humility and professional will. When leaders show steadiness, clarity, and follow-through, they create the conditions for others to learn, grow, and lead well themselves.

In property management, leadership happens in real time — in conversations, decisions, tensions, and moments that cannot be paused. People learn how to lead by watching the leaders around them. In this keynote, Dr. Pamela Carrington Rotto will introduce leadership practices adapted from Pixar’s world-class collaborative culture and tailored to the fast-moving, people-centered work of property management. We will explore how small, steady behaviors at every level of an organization can support clearer communication, more confident problem-solving, and healthier team dynamics.
