2027 Maintenance Games

This event is for apartment owners and management companies and their employees only. All supplier members must be a sponsor in order to attend this event.

Maintenance Games is a fast-paced competition that showcases the talent, skill, and expertise of multifamily maintenance professionals. Join IAA for a day of friendly competition, followed by a social hour where participants can relax, connect, and celebrate the winners.

Competitors will put their abilities to the test through seven industry-related challenges designed to evaluate speed, accuracy, problem-solving, and everyday maintenance skills. Looking for a preview? The official game challenges will be shared in our Know Before You Go eBlast on the Friday before the event, giving competitors a chance to prepare. 

With more than 20 opportunities to win, there's plenty on the line. Awards will be presented to the top three finishers in each individual game, as well as the top three overall competitors based on cumulative performance throughout the competition. Returning Champions, take note: winners from last year's Maintenance Games will compete in an exclusive Winners Bracket, where previous game champions will go head-to-head for ultimate bragging rights. 

The excitement extends beyond the competitors. The coveted Spirit Award will be presented to the management company that brings the most enthusiasm, support, and energy while cheering on their team. Gather your crew, show your team spirit, and get ready for a memorable day of competition and fun!
