The South East Indiana Regional Apartment Council's purpose is to represent the general interests of the Owners and Management Companies of multi-family housing in Indiana and those who supply goods and service to the industry. Its mission is to enhance the opportunity for quality rental housing through the promotion of education, legislative services, networking and professional development. The South East Indiana Council serves the counties of Floyd, Clark, Scott, Jefferson, Switzerland, Ohio, Dearborn, Ripley, Jennings, Jackson, Washington, and Harrison.

Orchard Hills Hosts Grand Opening

Orchard Hills Apartments is now the largest apartment community “across the river” in Southern Indiana…a beautiful apartment community in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Phase III is now complete, consisting of 21 three-bedroom townhomes, all of which are occupied. Icon Properties broke ground June of 2009, and a waiting list of residents quickly applied to move in when construction was completed.

The property hosted a Grand Opening on Friday, April 7 for residents and guests. The weather cooperated, and everyone enjoyed wonderful food, great music and a variety of door prizes donated by local vendors. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held, and Jeffersonville Mayor Tom Galligan addressed the group, congratulating Icon Properties for their successful multifamily housing endeavor.
