“SAL encourages women to reach higher levels of leadership by helping them gain the life skills, knowledge and confidence needed to achieve their professional and personal goals”
With a career spanning 30 + years, Sally Lentz-Crouse was a leader in the multifamily housing industry. Those of us in Indiana especially enjoyed the benefits of her support and direction. In 1973, Sally became one of the first women to serve on IAA’s Board of Directors. Through the years, she chaired the Education, Membership, Apartment Guide, Public Relations and Finance Committees. She also served on the Board’s Executive Committee through 2005. For her dedication, Sally was presented the 2002 Joe Rhodes Memorial Award for exemplary service to the apartment industry, IAA’s most prestigious award.
