About NIAC

The Northern Indiana Apartment Council services the counties of Lake and Porter. Its purpose is to represent the general interests of the owners, and management companies of multi-family housing and those who supply goods and services to the industry. Currently, its membership represents 24 management companies/owners with 11,983 units.
