About NCIRAC

The North Central Indiana Regional Apartment Council’s purpose is to represent the general interests of the Owners and Management Companies of multi-family housing in Indiana and those who supply goods and service to the industry. Its mission is to enhance the opportunity for quality rental housing through the promotion of education, legislative services, networking and professional development. The North Central Indiana Council serves the counties of St. Joseph, Elkhart, Marshall, Starke, and LaPorte.
