IAA Membership
The Indiana Apartment Association offers three ways you can become a member. Your options are: regular membership; associate membership; chapter membership.
Direct Membership
Available to owners and/or management companies, direct membership allows you to gain access to valuable member services. When you join the Indiana Apartment Association, you instantly have access to member services designed to enhance the way you do business, advance your career, help you network with other members and protect your interests.
Membership is in the name of the owner or management company, and dues are calculated on the total number of units within the state. To find out how much dues your company would pay, send the total number of units you own/manage in Indiana Kathy DeShazer at kathy@iaaonline.net.

Associate Membership
If your business has a product or service needed by the multi-family housing industry, associate membership in the Indiana Apartment Association can be a valuable asset. IAA associate membership promises one thing: EXPOSURE! Your membership will open doors and help you achieve your business goals.
The first year of annual dues for associate members is just $505. The second year of associate dues is pro-rated based on the original join date. After that, membership is renewed the first of each year.

Chapter Membership
Similar to Regular Membership above, Chapter Membership is available to owners and/or management companies that are based within the area of one of our affiliated chapter associations. Click here for more information about Chapters within the Indiana Apartment Association.
