About MCAA

The Monroe County Apartment Association is comprised of individual owners and companies whose business is the operation, management and construction of quality rental properties and businesses who sell products to the apartment rental industry. MCAA serves the counties of Monroe and Lawrence. Currently, its membership represents 38 management companies/owners with 6,776 units.
