INsites Monthly Newspaper
The Indiana Apartment Association has represented owners and managers in the multifamily housing industry since 1931. The INsites newspaper is the official publication of IAA. We mail six issues and e-mail six issues to property owners, management company representatives, as well as onsite community managers and maintenance superintendents. Our members rely on INsites for the latest state and local industry news and information.
Advertising in INsites
We will again be mailing six issues of INsites in January, March, May, July, September and November – and emailing INsites in February, April, June, August, October and December.
The online version will again be in the exact same format as the print version. INsites Online allows readers to
- Click on your ad and go directly to your Website; or, they can go to a specific pageoffering a special product or service…or a valuable money-saving coupon.
- A link to INsites Online will be available on the www.iaaonline.net Website
- INsites will be archived on www.iaaonline.net – both print and online versions IAA is offering free exposure for 12-month advertisers in 2010. Click here for archived editions of INsites.
In addition to your INsites advertisement, you will receive a complimentary one-month banner ad on
the IAA Website home page – a value of $500! You will also receive two complimentary coupon mailings throughout the year: IAA mails a monthly calendar of events to every member from January through October. Six coupon ads will be on the back of each mailing; if you are a 12-month INsites advertiser, you will have an advertising space
of 4.25” wide X 3.5” high on two of those mailers, giving you additional exposure to IAA members. Deadlines Insertion orders are due the fifth of the month prior to the month in which the ad is to appear. Artwork is due by the 15th of the month. (As an example, insertion order due January 5 with artwork dues January 15 for the February issue.)
Annual Trade Show advertising special
The Midwest Multi-Family Exposition & Education Conference will be held in November. Exhibitors once again will be offered special INsites advertising opportunities in the October Conference Preview issue, November Trade Show Special issue, and the December Conference Recap issue. Exhibitor rates will be discounted 15% from the three-month rate and the single-issue rate.
