Midwest Multifamily Conference

The Indiana Apartment Association proudly hosts the annual Midwest Multifamily Conference held at the Indiana Convention Center. This multifamily conference and trade show is the largest of its kind in the Midwest with more than 1,500 attendees.

PAC Golf Classic

Each year the Indiana Apartment Association holds a golf outing with all proceeds going to the Indiana Multi Housing Political Action Committee, the legislative arm of the organization. IAA lobbies the State Legislature on behalf of all members on issues that have direct impact on the multifamily housing industry.

FUN Meetings

Throughout the year, IAA schedules three FUN Meetings held after-hours to provide members an opportunity to network.

Maintenance Mania

Each year, in conjunction with the National Apartment Association, IAA sponsors Maintenance Mania. This competition pits maintenance crews from different management companies against each other in timed events.

Morning Motivator

It's easy to get stagnant in the daily grind. IAA brings in speakers throughout the year to give staff some extra motivation to work harder and be more productive.

SAL - Advanced Leadership for Women

Leadership is an important component to membership in IAA. The mission statement for this group is "SAL encourages women to reach higher levels of leadership by helping them gain the life skills, knowledge and confidence needed to achieve their professional and personal goals.”

Sponsorship of Events

IAA could not provide these fun and informative events for members if not for the generosity of our members. We have several ways for you to sponsor an event. During the event, each sponsor has an opportunity to meet members face-to-face, and is also given a few minutes to discuss their service or products.
