Neighborhood Watch

Apartment communities have a unique opportunity for all of their residents to band together to help keep their homes safe and secure from intruders. At IAA we implore all of our member communities to be vigilant in their efforts to fight crime by creating an atmosphere of trust between residents and the local police departments.

We provide our members a road map for a successful Neighborhood Watch Program. Through years of working with police agencies and our members, we have created a Neighborhood Watch Manual, which we provide to each member apartment community free of charge. Apartment managers can order additional manuals for $29.95.
