The Certified Apartment Supplier course was developed by the National Apartment Association Education Institute to provide vendor members with basic training in property management. The program was developed to more clearly define for the supplier the role of the property manager and thereby build a better partnership between them.

The CAS course requires four programs - three required courses and one elective course – and includes:

To obtain a CAS designation you must: have one year of industry experience, successful completion of courses, and passing of on-line comprehensive exam.
