About AASI

Apartment Association of Southern Indiana is a non-profit organization, located in Evansville, Indiana, that serves the interests of the Multi-Housing Industry for the counties of Posey, Gibson, Vanderburgh, Warrick, Pike, Dubois, and Spencer. AASI has existed since 1970 and became incorporated in 1980. The purpose of the organization is to provide multi-family Owners, Managers, and Developers with Educational and Legislative Services. The goal is to serve Southwestern Indiana's rental housing needs. Currently, its membership represents 26 management companies/owners with 9,362 units.
