SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAMS
The Indiana Apartment Association is committed to personal and professional development through education. Using our expertise in the development and delivery of quality education, we have developed the Education Opportunities and S.T.E.P. subscription programs.

The Education Opportunities (EdOps) program subscription provides quality education at an exceptional value. A subscribing community may send as many on-site staff to as many classes as possible for a one-time fee of $495. Contact IAA for details on a special price available for communities with less than 120 units. Delivering almost 90 hours of instruction in 2008, EdOps is an affordable means of training all employees, whether entry level or experienced. Our popular EdOps program is designed to allow knowledge to flow freely, enhance the value of your employees and ensure that all issues and questions are addressed by industry experts.  The 2008 program is called A Journey Through Education," and will include several NEW, off-site seminars.

Now in its ninth year, the EdOps program offers a variety of educational classes that add value to membership in the association. EdOps includes the most up-to-date industry techniques, trends and issues. Each class qualifies for Continuing Education Credits (CEC) from the National Apartment Association. All classes offered in this program are approved for CAM, and CAPS CEC's. Select courses have received approval from the Indiana Real Estate Commission to provide CEC's for Real Estate Salespersons and Broker License renewal.

From local experts to nationally known speakers, our instructors are selected for their high level of industry expertise, creativity, originality and ability to communicate effectively. Each instructor brings unique experiences and insight to the program, allowing participants the unbeatable opportunity to learn from a variety of skilled professionals. This excellent faculty will provide hours of insight, motivation and education.
